Why this role

Our founders have run sales to product-market fit and will keep selling alongside you. They need a partner to architect the sales function, not just run plays. Playbook, processes, structure: yours to define, yours to grow with the company. Strong performance in year one puts you on track to founding AE and the first leadership conversation as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for net-new mid-market law firms: prospecting through close.

  • Own the conference motion: attendee lists, booth, post-event follow up.

  • Author the playbook. The CEO brings contextual wins and losses, you bring methodology.

  • Define pipeline analytics, forecast cadence, and CRM with our Head of Operations.

  • Lead the hire and ramp of AE #2 when the time comes.

Who you are

Two profiles fit:

  • The Builder. 3 to 5 years closing SMB or mid-market SaaS. Scrappy enough to run pipeline, work the booth, tune AI scripts. You'd rather build the engine than inherit one.

  • The Insider. Paralegal, legal ops, firm administrator, or practitioner. You've used the tech, you know why a firm buys, your network maps to the buyer.

Across both: hunter instinct, intellectual honesty, and comfort with AI. We don't need both SaaS mastery and deep legal expertise on day one. We place a premium on one or the other: a real playbook, or a deep network. The rest we'll learn together.
