We saw firms investing heavily in marketing and growth, while intake became fragmented across tools, dashboards, and layered processes.

From the founders

We didn't have time to wait for an army, so we became one.

My brother Abraham and I have been a team for as long as either of us can remember. We grew up together in Mexico City, where chess took us both to international tournaments representing Mexico.

We grew up on American movies from the eighties and became firm believers in the American dream: if you work hard and build something people value, there is room for you. Since we were teenagers, we have been building technology together, one venture after another. Not all of them worked, but each one taught us something we could not have learned any other way.

Jacob began in NASA's robotics division, engineering systems designed to protect astronauts in high-risk environments where reliability was non-negotiable. Today, he applies that same discipline to architect AI employees for legal intake, building the workforce layer law firms will rely on to protect case value from first contact.

At Reflekt, Chase combines his sales expertise to help law firms adopt AI that improves intake operations and supports growth. He values strong relationships and a practical, consultative approach. When he has time, he enjoys golf and exploring the city with his lady and his dog.

I’m Abraham Fong, a software engineer with experience across backend development, infrastructure, and security. My background spans SRE at Disney, application security at PayPal, and platform engineering at TSMC. Now, at Reflekt, I work at the intersection of support and engineering, troubleshooting technical issues, solving customer problems, and improving software reliability.
