Pricing comparison
LawyerLine's pay-as-you-go per-minute tiers, what a full intake costs on each, and how flat AI intake compares.

LawyerLine is a legal-only answering and intake service with an unusually clean pricing model: no bundles, no minimums, no plan to outgrow. You pick a service tier and pay for the minutes you use. That clarity is a real strength, and it makes the trade-off unusually easy to see.

Why the billing model matters
LawyerLine's own data puts an average routine call at about two minutes and an average client intake call at fifteen to twenty minutes. On the Silver tier, a 2-minute routine call is $5.00 and a 20-minute new-client intake is $50.00.
The call that might become a case costs ten times the call that will not, and you pay it whether or not the caller qualifies. The eighteen-minute conversation with someone whose statute ran out last year costs exactly the same as the one with a signed case.

Find your fit
Both can be a strong choice. The difference is how your firm handles calls and intake.

Lawyer Line
Radical simplicity
No plan to size, no bundle to outgrow, no overage cliff.
No commitment
No plan, no minimum, and a bill that only reflects the minutes used.
Easy to test
No minimum and no contract, so the downside of trying it is small.
Best when
A quiet month should cost nearly nothing.

Reflekt Legal
Priced per intake, not per minute
A full 20-minute intake costs the same as a short call.
Rates that keep improving
The effective rate falls as volume grows instead of tracking minutes one for one.
Intake inside your CRM
Structured case data is written into Filevine or Lead Docket automatically.
Best when
Your volume is steady enough that per-minute billing has stopped being cheap.
